Here is the best chicken around! Pasture-Raised and Non-GMO, chickens are moved to fresh pasture twice daily and it shows in the outstanding quality of the flavor. 


We actually can't even eat chicken at restaurants as it always gives us a stomach ache afterwards.  Did you know that the chicken you buy at the store or are served at restaurants is likely to contain antibiotics even though they are labeled as 'antibiotic free'?  Not these chickens!  Honest to goodness free of antibiotics, hormones and GMO's.


Our favorite is to make a simple roast chicken.  It is a simple and classic dish that you can master easily and cook weekly.  We learned from Julia Child; see the recipe.  In short,  preheat oven to 425. Cook veggies on the stovetop with some butter.  Wash the bird and pat it dry.  Rub it all over with room temp butter. Generously salt, pepper, and stuff veggies, fresh herbs, and a sliced, fresh lemon in cavity.
